NEET MDS 2025 Cut-Off Scores (Out of 960)
The NEET-MDS 2025 Information Bulletin’s minimum qualifying/eligibility requirements state that the following cut-off scores apply to each category:

- PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) cut-off score: 261
