Eligibility Criteria for WCDC Bihar Recruitment 2025

Central Administrator

A Master’s degree in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Social Science is required. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in any government or non-government project/program related to women’s issues.

Case Worker

A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Social Science is required. Candidates need a minimum of 3 years of experience working in any government or non-government project/program focused on women’s issues.

Para Legal Personnel/ Lawyer

A Bachelor’s degree in Law is required, along with training in laws pertaining to women or a solid understanding of laws concerning women. A minimum of 3 years of experience at the district level in any government or non-government project/program related to women, or 2 years of experience in legal pleadings is required.

Para Medical Personnel

A professional degree or diploma in Paramedics is necessary. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience at the district level in a health-related project/program within the government or non-government sector.

Psycho-social Counsellor

A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Neuroscience is essential. A minimum of 3 years of experience at the district level in either a government or non-government project/program addressing women’s health issues is required.

Office Assistant with Computer Knowledge

A Bachelor’s degree along with a Diploma in Computer/IT is required. Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience working in a government or non-government IT organization at the state or district level, specifically in data management, documentation, web-based reporting, video conferencing, etc.
