The National Testing Agency (NTA) has rolled out the provisional answer key, scanned OMR answer sheets, and recorded responses for NEET UG 2025.
Candidates who sat for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) 2025 can now access these on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in.
To make things easier, NTA has also emailed scanned OMR sheets to candidates’ registered email IDs provided during registration. This move helps students verify their responses and raise objections if needed.

How to Challenge the NEET UG 2025 Answer Key
Challenging the provisional answer key is straightforward. Follow these steps:
- Visit neet.nta.nic.in.
- Click on “Display OMR Answer Sheet / Challenge Recorded Response and Answer Key.”
- Log in using your Application Number and Password.
- Enter the captcha and submit.
- Check the “Correct Option” column for NTA’s selected answer.
- Select your preferred option for the question you want to challenge.
- Upload supporting documents in a single PDF file.
- Click “Save your Claim,” review, and then hit “Save your Claim and Pay Fee Finally.”
- Pay Rs 200 per question via Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
- Download the payment receipt.
How to Challenge OMR Answer Sheet or Recorded Responses
To challenge your OMR sheet or recorded responses:
- Go to neet.nta.nic.in and select the challenge link.
- Log in with your Application Number and Password.
- Choose “OMR Challenge” from the left panel.
- View your OMR sheet and click “Challenge Recorded Response.”
- Select the questions and mark your claimed correct response.
- Submit, review, and pay Rs 200 per question.
- Save the receipt after payment.
Important Notes for Candidates
A panel of subject experts will review all challenges. If a challenge is valid, the answer key will be updated, and results will be evaluated based on the revised key.
Candidates won’t be individually notified about their challenge outcomes, and NTA’s decision is final.
