Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a respected university.
  • Proven experience and a solid understanding of the Banking and Financial Sector.
  • Capable of conducting thorough analysis of user issues with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional business communication skills, both written and verbal, along with effective presentation capabilities.
  • The candidate must possess the ability to foster relationships, advocate for ideas, and collaborate with team members and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates ownership, adaptability to a multi-data environment, and a rapid learning capacity.
  • Experience in a dynamic Agile setting is preferred.
  • Highly proficient in articulating analytical findings to stakeholders, achieving consensus on business decisions, or developing strategies.
  • Familiarity with frontline systems such as CRM or relevant experience in a Support environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and comprehension of data quality management principles.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and verbal forms, with the capability to convey complex concepts and ideas.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of functional support for CME, CSP, AI, and other Frontline applications. Process user requests according to established procedures, investigate, and resolve all inquiries received through the Frontline Helpdesk (FLHD).
  • Oversee and manage requests and workload in various queues to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Report technical difficulties to IT Support and act as an intermediary between users and IT, managing requests through their entire lifecycle while keeping end users informed on progress.
  • Comprehend and deliver outstanding user support. Process user instructions correctly to meet agreed quality standards and targets (subject to change as communicated) across all relevant processes.
  • Strike a balance between quality and productivity while striving for excellence.
  • Identify training requirements and facilitate development through available training opportunities.
  • Demonstrate intelligent utilization of system tools and procedures.
  • Ensure data and deliverable accuracy through comprehensive policies and processes.
  • Engage in data cleansing by identifying, evaluating, and rectifying any data quality problems.
  • Continue learning and enhance job-specific skills over time.
  • Proactively recommend and design enhancements to process workflows and procedures where relevant.
  • Responsible for compliance with Desk Instruction Manuals (DIMs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) alongside daily query resolution and ensuring SLA adherence.
  • Stay updated on the latest procedural and policy modifications and collaborate with the program team for clarification.
  • Comply with all audit requirements, including but not limited to Declaration of Secrecy, Data Protection Act, Health Safety and Security, Clear Desk Policy, Process-Specific Audit requirements, and Compliance Requirements.
  • Ensure alignment with all relevant compliance policies (Data Security Policy, AML, operational risk, Functional Manual, Group Compliance Manual, Audit recommendations, Internal Control requirements, regulatory guidelines, etc.) and organizational business standards as applicable. Take prompt action on Audit comments and demonstrate compliance with Internal controls.
  • Proactively identify and communicate audit and compliance concerns to management. Ensure that all existing audit recommendations within their scope are addressed.
