DU PG & BTech Admission 2025: For the academic year 2025–2026, the University of Delhi has opened registration for its postgraduate courses and three BTech programs. The CSAS site, located at admission.uod.ac.in, is where interested candidates may submit their applications.
The deadline to register for DU’s PG and BTech admissions for the 2025–2026 academic year is Friday, June 6 at 11:59 PM. Only CUET PG 2025 results will be used to allocate seats for postgraduate enrolment.
Eligibility Criteria for Postgraduate Programs of DU
The Common University Entrance Test (CUET-PG) scores are the sole criteria used by the University of Delhi to admit students to its postgraduate programs. The CUET-PG 2025 test results are used to determine admission to these programs.
After that, the applicant must apply for admission via the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) and meet the requirements for admission.

DU PG, BTech Admission 2025: Eligibility Requirements
The University of Delhi provides BTech programs in three areas of study:
- Computer Science and Engineering
- Electronics and Communication Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Admissions will be determined by the JEE Main 2025 (Paper 1) Common Rank List (CRL).
To qualify for admission, candidates must:
Have completed Class 12 from a recognized board.
- Have achieved at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM), and must have passed English.
- Have taken the JEE Main 2025 (Paper 1).
- For candidates from reserved categories, the minimum required PCM scores are:
- 50% for SC/ST/PwBD.
- 55% for OBC-NCL.
- Please be aware that students who have supplementary status in Class 12 for this year are not qualified for admission.

Postgraduate Admissions through CUET (PG) 2025:
Admission to master’s programs at Delhi University will be conducted via the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS), based on the candidates’ scores in the CUET-PG 2025 exam. Applicants can select from a wide range of programs in science, humanities, commerce, and various other fields.
