Education Qualification
Mandatory:
The candidate must hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a reputed and recognized university or institution.
Preferred:
An MBA degree from a reputed institute will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirement:
The candidate should have a minimum of 20 years of experience in the BFSI sector, Shared Services, or other related regulated industries, with a strong record of senior leadership performance.
Out of this experience, it is highly preferred that the candidate has at least 10 years in leadership roles within Shared Services Centres (SSCs) of Financial Services organizations.
Among those 10 years, the candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer (COO) in a large BFSI organization.
